*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID*This business is an outright disgrace. Placed an order on Tuesday, money taken, member of staff emailed relaying order could not be fulfilled as per website picture. I confirmed that would be okay and looked forward to the flowers being delivered on Friday. The flowers were not delivered. I then rang on Monday evening, spoke to the incredibly rude owner, who consistently questioned me about order numbers, and kept telling me how busy she was.I advised i did not want a refund however the flowers were to be delivered that day, which they were, unfortunately as if i had of seen the atrocity they delivered prior to my friend recieving them, i would have taken the refund. Dead or in full bloom weeds would be the best description.Save your money or go to a reputable business as this certainly is not one !

On Monday 11/09/20 my sister in CA used TeleFlora to send her condolences after my dog went to heaven. She got notification the flowers had been delivered at 1:45 that day, when she didn't hear from me she sent a text, "Take a picture. I want to see them." After I replied "Huh?" She called and told me. So I looked on the porch; nothing. I got the flashlight and walked down the street to check the neighbors porches; nothing. So she called [TeleFlora] customer service and was told they didn't know what happened and called the contracted florist. Said they'd be delivered Tuesday. Well Tuesday came, I checked the porch, and near the garage several times, and no flowers. At about 9 pm my husband took the dogs out before bed and there they were! Wrinkled lilies and brown-edged azaleas on the porch. Even the card was poor quality.

Absolutely awful. No telephone number to reach them. Their email is not working. I am out of state and their customer service is awful. Please don’t waste your time.

My wife's sons ordered flowers for my wife today, 5/6/20. They were delivered, so she sent a thank you note to them and a picture of the flowers and he immediately called her and said that the flowers were absolutely not what he ordered.The arrangement was much smaller, we were shorted on the quantity of balloons, the size of balloons and as I said the arrangement was not what he ordered, everyone is very upset and everyone feels ripped off, both of her sons and me. How in the heck could a flower shop cheat you and make a substandard arrangement, and this one was not cheap, it just looked like a $20.00 arrangement. I called an no one answers at all at 4:00 PM in the afternoon.UPDATE:Six days after delivery of the substandard flower arrangement, what we did receive is now totally wilted and dead. The sender followed with the online source that gave the job to Heartstrings At Beverly's to fill the order. They credited $40.00 on a total sales price of $70.00, which was not satisfactory as the last thing we wanted was a sub standard flower arrangement that died prematurely, I was not up for that at all, but that was all that was offered. If the person sending the gift of flowers pays $70.00 for a beautiful arrangement for their mother, they DO NOT appreciate a $40.00 credit on a $70.00 charge for a very poor arrangement, and a tiny balloon, nothing like what was featured on the site and promised by the online seller. Obviously they are well aware they sent trash to me, the end user. Delivered in Hendersonville, last name Alexander. I leave this information so you can know who is filing this complaint.

Ordering online was quick and easy. I ordered the Monday before mother’s day for delivery on the Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend. As an understandably busy weekend, they called my mom on the delivery day to say they were out of flowers and asked if it would be okay to deliver after mother’s day instead. They did deliver a nice enough arrangement the day after mother’s day, but it wasn’t anything like what I had ordered. I wish it could have at least been a little bit similar to what was shown on the site.

I tried multiple times to upload a What Was Ordered v. What Was Delivered. They must be able to screen their reviews - somehow - because the screen shot from THEIR website is not uploading. Look-up "Sweet Violet Trio" and compare to what was delivered......FAKE FLOWERS!
